Born Sept. 2, 1888, at St. Paul, she was a daughter of the late Monroe and Mary Ann (Lowry) Kretchman. Survivors include 4 nephews: Ralph Schlossnagle, Somerset; Paul Schlossnagle, New Port Richey, Fla; Charles Kretchman, Sun City West, Ariz.; Paul Engle, McMurray; 5 nieces, Edna Walker, Berlin; Iva Young, Somerset; Bertha Boyce, Dearborn, Mich.; Annie Gray, Mich.; Vida Bender, Springs. Miss Kretchman was a retired private piano teacher. Member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Charter member, Pittsburgh Piano Teachers Association and oldest living alumnus of Susquehanna College. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Newman Funeral Home, Inc., Salisbury, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev. David E. Fetter officiating.
