Stephan. The deceased was aged about 55 yrs. and was survived by his wife and two daughters. He was a painter by occupation and left this place about eight years ago. [NOTE: Obituary in the Berlin column.] Meyersdale Commercial, July 22, 1915 --- J. E. Krissinger, a native and former resident of Berlin, was killed recently at South Bend, Indiana, by slipping down an embankment on the trolley tracks and being run over by a car. Both legs were cut off and the unfortunate man died two hours later in the hospital. About five years ago the family moved to South Bend. His wife and two daughters survive.
