Retired 1967 as a contact officer of the Veterans Administration in the Pittsburgh Regional Office after 20 years of service, also professor of Romance languages at Penn State University in the 1930's. Preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn (Colvin) Krissinger. Survived by two sons, Robert C. Krissinger, M.D., Lancaster; and David C., Cincinnati, Ohio; five grandchildren; and a sister, Evelyn J. Krissinger, Berlin. Former Somerset County Treasurer and former head of the Somerset Department of Public Assistance. Resided in Somerset County from 1935-46. Memorial services to be conducted Saturday at 3 p.m. in the Somerset County Memorial Park with Dr. William T. Doncaster officiating. Arrangements in charge of the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.
