    Viola Mae Krug, 95, passed away Oct. 7, 2008, at Somerset Hospital. Born Dec. 1, 1912,
  the daughter of the late Oscar and Ruth (Baer) Smith. She is also preceded in death by
  her brother, Robert Smith; sisters, Helen Hogan and Velma Lehman; ex-husband, Albert R.
  Christner; husband, John Krug; and daughter, Avalon Keefer. She is survived by her
  brother, Charles O. Kinnan; sister, Edna Eutsey; son, the Rev. Jay Christner and wife,
  Eleanor; daughter, Kay Carol McLaughlin and husband, Charles; grandchildren, Jay L.
  Christner Jr. and wife, Patti; Debra DiLoreto and husband, Art; Eileen Blair and husband,
  the Rev. Mark Blair; Bonnie Lehman, Sarah Most, Virginia Keefer, Charles McLaughlin and
  wife, Jennifer, and Lisa McLaughlin; many great and great-great-grandchildren; and nieces
  and nephews. She was a member of the Rockwood Church of the Brethren, 600 W. Main St.,
  Rockwood, PA 15557, where memorials may be sent. There will be no viewing or funeral
  service. Private interment will be in Garrett Highland Cemetery. Arrangements by Miller
  Funeral Home, Somerset.
