  Helen T. (Thomas) Krupper, 74, of Meadowview Nursing Center, Berlin,
  formerly of Jenners, died April 30, 2003, at Meadowview.  Born March
  14, 1929, in Indiana, Pa., she was the daughter of Lisle and Galdys
  (Rising) Thomas.  She was preceded in death by parents, sisters Ruth
  Pentz and Thelma Baird and brother Robert Thomas.  She is survived by
  husband Patrick of Jenners, children Patrick J. married to former Judy
  Bittner of Berlin, Susan L. married to Stephen Brown of Boswell and
  John P. married to the former Jamie Jones of Jennerstown;
  grandchildren Pamela and Patrick Krupper, Molly and Steven Brown and
  Jacob Kaltenbaugh; step grandchildren Gary Phennicie, Jill Cahoon,
  Gail Czekaj and Julie Berkley; five step great-grandchildren and
  sister Kathryn Midock of Indiana, Pa.  She was the past president of
  the Meadowview Residents' Council and observed her 50th Wedding
  Anniversary Dec. 27, 2002.  Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and
  7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell,
  where a service will be held 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Michael A.
  Dunlap officiating.  Interment at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.  In lieu of
  flowers, donations in Helen's name may be sent to the Arthritis
  Foundation, 17 South 19th Street, Camp Hill, Pa. 17011.
