    Herbert J. Krygsman, 80 of Street, MD passed away at Hilltop Manor
  in Rising Sun, MD June 27, 2007 after a lengthy  illness.
    Mr. Krygsman was born in Meyersdale on November 18, 1926, the son of
  the late Herbert W. and Mary Margaret 
  (Shoemaker) Krygsman. He was also preceded in death by his first wife of 43
  years, Mary Susan Krygsman, who died in  January of 1990.
    He is survived by his wife, Mary Alice Krygsman; daughter, Julie
  Guethler, and her husband John, Rising Sun; and 
  four grandchildren: Rebecca, Samuel, Andrew, and Catherine Guethler. 
    He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II and
  worked at Bethlehem Steel for 37 years. A  member of the Dublin VFW,
  he enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseshoes and playing cards.
    Services and burial were private. Memorial contributions in
  Herbert's memory may be made to the National Wildlife 
  Federation or the American Cancer Society c/o the funeral home.
