ROSELLA KUNES

  Rosella, wife of W. E. Kunes, Keewaydin, Pa., died at her residence, Monday, 
May 19th, and was buried the following day in Keewaydin Cemetery.  She was born 
at New Washington, Pa., May 19th, 1864, and arrived at the age of 67 years, 13 
days, and is survived by her husband, W. E. Kunes, Keewaydin, Pa., a daughter, 
Inez E., wife of T. K. Thrasher, Karthaus, Pa., one brother, Pearl Thompson, 
Beaverdale, Pa., and a sister, Mrs. George H. Reel, Moorpark, California.
  Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Kunes resided in Confluence, Pa., for several years, and 
made many friends there.  She was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church, and 
was well known for her strong Christian character.  She was loved by all who 
knew her.
  The following persons from a distance attended the funeral: Mrs. Sade Kratzer, 
Clearfield, Pa.; Pearl Thompson, Beaverdale, Pa.; Mrs. Ella McNaul, 
Curwensville, Pa.; Mrs. Mabel McClosky, Lock Haven, Pa., and Mr. and Mrs. Orvis 
Flood, Grassflat, Pa.
