    A. Joyce (Saylor) Kurtz, born Sept. 27, 1925, formerly of Altamonte Springs, Fla.,
  passed away in her sleep March 4, 2008, at Majestic Oaks, Orange City, Fla. A devoted
  wife and mother, she left her husband of 61 years, William, and son, William and wife,
  Sharon, to cherish her memory. She enjoyed her friends in various Spring Valley bridge,
  garden, and women's clubs. Shopping was a joy, as was traveling to Europe, Mexico, and
  Alaska. She also worked as a Gray Lady Hospital volunteer and was active in Circle 8. Her
  bright smile and good humor will be missed by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers,
  donations may be made to Hospice of the Comforter, 480 W. Central Parkway, Altamonte
  Springs, FL 32714, where she worked as a volunteer. A graveside service will be held 3
  p.m. Saturday at Berlin IOOF Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. John Harmon officiating. Arrangements
  by Deaner Funeral Rome, Berlin.
