  Louella Kurtz, 65, of Garden City, Mich., died Sept. 11, 1983, in the
  Hospice of South East Michigan.  Born Jan. 1, 1918, in Somerset,
  daughter of John and Lucy (Shaulis) Hesselman.  Preceded in death by
  husband, Earl.  Survived by son, Winfield, Huntington Woods, Mich. 
  Sister of: Patricia Bullick and Valeria Haugh.  Friends received from
  7-9 p.m. Wednesday in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where
  services will be conducted at 1:30 Thursday, with the Rev. Percy
  Ellenberger officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
