Born Sept. 26, 1929, in Johnstown, son of John and Mary (Podbensek) Kuzma. Preceded in death by parents; sister, Margaret Bevec; and brother, Alvin Kuzma. Survived by wife of 56 years, the former Julia Sidone; and these children, Gary, married to the former Vicki Matsko, Katy, Texas; and Valerie, married to Frank Angelo, Ferndale. Also survived by grandchildren, Kristi, Dana, Ryan and Amber Kuzma, Katy; and David and Matthew Angelo, Ferndale. Brother of Edward Kuzma, Paul and wife, Paula Kuzma, and Alice Kuzma. He was a charter member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church, an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion and a life member of the Disabled American Veterans. A member of SNPJ Lodge 289. He was an avid hunter who was a very devoted husband, father and grandfather. At his request there will be no viewing or receiving of friends. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial Mass at 11:30 a.m. Friday at St. Andrews Catholic Church. Father Angelo Patti officiating.
