  KWAPISZEWSKI
  
  Mrs. Leona K. (Haer) Kwapiszewski, 59, 1136 Prince Drive, Bazetta
  Twp., Ohio, died April 14, 1988, in Trumbull Memorial Hospital, of
  heart failure.  Born July 27, 1928, in Black Twp., Somerset County,
  Pa., daughter of Roy and Edith (Fazenbaker) Albright.  Has lived in
  Bazetta Twp. for 32 years.  Preceded in death by first husband,
  Harold Haer, married July 23, 1949, died Mar. 11, 1975; two brothers
  and one sister.  Survived by second husband, Richard J., married June
  9, 1979; three daughters: Mrs. Joyce Tustin of Warren, Ohio, Mrs.
  Barbara Pykare and Mrs. Lori Miller, both of Bazetta Twp., Ohio; one
  step-son, David Kwapiszewski, stationed with the U.S. Navy in Oak
  Harbor, Wash.; two sisters: Mrs. Pat Gary of Garrett and Mrs. Linda
  Johnson of Friedens; five brothers: Clyde of York, Pa.; Roy Jr. of
  Niceville, Fla.; James of York, Pa.; and Paul and Charles of Garrett;
  five granddaughters and one great-grandson.  Friends received 7-9 p.m.
  Sunday evening at the Robert H. Roberts Memorial Home in Warren, Ohio
  where service will be held 11 a.m. Monday.  Interment, Meadowbrook
  Memorial Park, Warren, Ohio.
