  Louis A. "Hank" Kyler, 78, of Lake Stonycreek, died Oct. 14, 2003, at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born April 24, 1925 in Johnstown, son of Robert C.
  and Rose (Murphy) Kyler.  Preceded in death by parents, brothers:
  John, Gene, Dave, Bud, Paul and Bill: and sisters: Martha, Clarissa
  and Walene.  Survived by his wife the former Shirley Barron;
  children: James Kyler and wife Eileen of Johnstown, Brenda married to
  Kevin Costello of Poolesville, Md. and Paul Hunt and wife Stacy of
  Ashburn, Va.; and grandchildren: Sean and Louis Kyler, and Jennifer
  Costello.  Brother of Marion DiBartlameio and Ronald Kyler both of
  New Jersey, Kay Brotemarkle of Johnstown and Rose Stringent of
  Hazelton.  World War II Navy Veteran.  Former employee of Quaker
  Sales and Standard Slag.  Member of Somerset VFW, Shanksville
  American Legion, L.O.O.M. and New Baltimore Sportsmen's Club.  A
  memorial service will be held at 2 p.m, Saturday at Deaner Funeral
  Home, Stoystown.  Rev. Robert J. Way officiating.  Interment Beam
  Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to "In
  Touch" Hospice, 1590 N. Center Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
