Preceded in death by first husband, Bernell Emerick, sons: Terry and Bernell Emerick, granddaughter, Karen Emerick and second husband, James LaBrel. Also sisters: Vera Darusha and Thelma Hollis. Survived by the following children: Larry Emerick, married to the former Rosalie Harmon, Stoystown; Dean Emerick, Listie; Mrs. Robert (Bonnie) Boden, Somerset; Mrs. Joseph (Barbara) Kennick, Rockwood; Debra Lloyd, Wright, Wyoming; Douglas Emerick, Somerset; 22 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. Sister of: Dorothy Snyder, Midland; Clyde Bowser, Beaver Falls; Kenneth Bowser, Pittsburgh; Ronald Bowser, Monaca; Leonard Bowser, Wilbur; Fred Bowser, Steubenville, Ohio; Carl Bowser, Pittsburgh. Attended Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset, Lifelong member of Somerset American Legion Auxiliary and Somerset V.F.W. Auxiliary. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, with Pastor Clarence Hoover officiating.
