  CHARLES W. LAFFERTY
  
    Charles W. Lafferty, 79, of 1410 East Main St., Berlin, died Feb. 23,
  1972, at his residence.  Born March 7, 1892, in Bedford County, he was the
  son of the late Joseph and Louise (Frazier) Lafferty.  He was preceded in
  death by two sons.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Annie Poorbaugh; and these children:
  Curtis, Berlin RD 3; Orren at home; Forrest, Buffalo Mills RD; Grant,
  Tazewell, Va.; Mrs. Quentin (Hazel) Stover, Ebensburg; Mrs. Edward (Mary)
  Holler, Buffalo Mills RD; and John, Hyndman RD; also 15 grandchildren, 12
  great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Catherine Miller, Berlin.
    Funeral service was held Saturday afternoon in Johnson and Son Funeral
  Home, Berlin.  Interment in Berlin IOOF Cemetery.
