  CURTIS E. LAFFERTY
  
    Curtis E. Lafferty, 65, of Berlin RD 3, died Feb 8 at home.
    He was born Oct. 29, 1910 in Bedford County, a son of Charles W. and
  Annie (Poorbaugh) Lafferty.
    He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Pauline Walker, his mother and
  these brothers and sisters: Orren of Berlin; Forrest of Buffalo Mills;
  Grant of Taxwell [sic], Va.; Mrs. Quinton (Hazel) Stover of Ebensburg; Mrs.
  Edward (Mary) Holler of Buffalo Mills; and John of Hyndman.
    He was a World War II veteran, a member of the Somerset VFW and the
  Meyersdale Sportsmen Club.
    Services were held Feb. 11 with the Rev. Rollian Mader officiating. 
  Interment Berlin IOOF Cemetery in charge of Johnson and Son Funeral Home.
