  LAFFERTY
  
    Mary Elizabeth Lafferty, 84, Somerset, died Aug. 4, 1999, at
  Patriot Manor, Somerset.  Born Aug. 26, 1914, in Sipesville. 
  Daughter of the late Norman Bruce and Elda Mayme (Baker) Yoder.  Also
  preceded in death by husband, Harold Eugene "Bud" Lafferty, who died
  June 18, 1987, and a brother, Harry B. Yoder.  Sister of Mrs. Galen
  R. (Ruth) Johnson of Somerset.  Also survived by niece, Ms. Sandra L.
  Johnson, Somerset; nephew, Jerry G. Johnson, Roswell, Ga., and 3
  great-nieces and 3 great-nephews.  Member of Trinity Lutheran Church,
  and Trinity Chapter #138, Order of Eastern Star.  1932 graduate of
  Somerset High School.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be
  conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Robert L. Hoover Jr.
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. 
  Contributions may be made to Somerset "In Touch" Hospice, 1590 N.
  Center Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
