  MRS. CLAYTON LAFFERTY
  
    Sadie H. Lafferty, 83, of Shanksville, died Dec. 19, 1972, in
  Somerset.  Born June 17, 1889, in Somerset County, she was a daughter
  of Abram and Rebecca Hoover.  She was preceded in death by her
  husband, Clayton Lafferty: a son, three sisters, and two brothers.
    Surviving are a son, Clayton O. Lafferty of North East, Pa.; six
  grandchildren, and these brothers and sisters: Norman Hoover,
  Garrett; Calvin Hoover, Rockwood; Mrs. Elizabeth Rush, Lakeworth,
  Fla.; Mrs. Martha Hoover, Huntsville, Ohio; and Mrs. Harry Ray of
  Garrett.
    Funeral service will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at 1:30
  o'clock in Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, Somerset, with Rev. James
  R. Ling officiating.  Interment in Husband Cemetery.
