  Grace Irene Lambert, 97, Somerset, died Feb. 17, 2002, at Patriot Manor. 
  Born May 31, 1904 in Somerset Township, the daughter of the late Henry
  Albert and Ida (Rayman) Baer.  Also preceded in death by her husband, Guy
  H. Lambert.  Survived by foster children, Virginia Custer Hemminger of
  Somerset and George Custer, married to the former Carolyn Glessner of
  Berlin.  Nanna to seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  Charter
  member of the Somerset Church of the Brethren.  Enjoyed activities at the
  Somerset Senior Center and was a life resident of Plank Road, Somerset. 
  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Monday, at Robert H.
  Halverson Funeral Home, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday,
  with Rev. Mark Bendes and Rev. Timothy Resh officiating.  Interment in
  Somerset County Memorial Park.  Contributions may be made to American
  Cancer Society, 168 W. Union St., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
