  LAMBERT
  
    James E. Lambert, 83, Shanksville, died March 29, 1993, at home. 
  Born March 23, 1910, in Stonycreek Township, son of Orange W. and
  Lottie (Buchanan) Lambert.  Preceded in death by parents, and sister,
  Wilma.  Survived by his wife, Dorothy, and stepson, Eddie Statts,
  Edie.  Brother of Vernon E., Somerset RD 5; Hazel Livengood,
  Somerset; Ruth Colvin, Schellsburg, and Joan Reese, Shanksville. 
  Member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, Shanksville.  Was World War II
  Navy veteran.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will
  be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. William H. Snyder
  officiating.  Interment, Walker Cemetery, Shanksville.
