   David Wayne "Puff" Lancaster, 29, Oakland, Md., died Dec. 3, 2006, at Garrett County
  Memorial Hospital, Oakland. Born Feb. 10, 1977, in Meyersdale, son of Howard B.
  Lancaster, Somerset, and Bertha (Rugg) Hale-Cooper, Oakland. Survived by parents;
  stepfather, Michael Hale-Cooper; children, Jessica, Paige and David; brothers, Howard,
  Oakland; James and wife, Anita, Addison; Paul and wife, Melissa, Uniontown; Aaron,
  Somerset; sisters, Debbie Wilt and husband, Gary, Grantsville, Md.; Sara Bowman, Florida;
  and Amanda Burnworth, Somerset; girlfriend, Lauren Wilson, Oakland; and close friends,
  Jerry and Mike Williams, Mill Run. He was employed as a master diesel technician at
  Accident Garage, Accident, Md. and was an accomplish bassist. He graduated from
  Turkeyfoot Valley High School in 1996. Visitation and funeral services will be private at
  the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in
  care of Bertha Hale-Cooper, 82 Gorman St., Oakland, Md. 21550. Funeral arrangements are
  with Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence.
