Survived by brother, Kenneth Watkins, Phoenix, Ariz.; sister, Mrs. Charles (Anna) Flick, Somerset RD 5; stepsister, Mrs. Harry (Marian) Baker, Somerset RD 5; and a niece, Ruby Watkins, Phoenix, Ariz. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where services will be conducted Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Gene C. Sellers officiating.
