    LANEY
    
      Linda R. Laney, 52, of Friedens died March 13, 2000 at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born May 7, 1947 in Shade Township.  The daughter of Elmer
  and Margaret Spangler.  Preceded in death by parents and brother
  Donald.  Survived by husband Larry of Bedford, son Larry D. III of
  Fairhope; daughters Margaret of Central City and Amy of Friedens;
  grandson Roger, and brothers, Elmer and Winky.  Friends will be
  received from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Thursday at the
  Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City, Rev. Gary Anderson.  Interment,
  McGregor Cemetery, Cairnbrook.  In lieu of flowers, friends may make
  donations to the family.
