"Bobalou" Langdon, 67, Hollidaysburg Veterans Home, formerly of Boswell, died April 26, 1994, at the home. Born May 28, 1926, in Lynbrook, N. Y., son of Thomas and Ottlie (Woerner) Langdon. Preceded in death by parents; several sisters and brothers. Survived by four children: Joanne, John, Mark and Timothy, and several sisters and brothers. Navy veteran of World War II, having served in the European and Asiatic theaters. Had been employed by the former A. J. Spory Construction, Boswell, for many years. Avid golfer and resident of Somerset County since 1976. Friends received from 10 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. Friday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, the Rev. Edward N. Corneilson officiating. Interment, Boswell Post 461 American Legion Section, Jenner-Crossroads Cemetery. Military graveside service in the charge of Menoher Post 155 VFW Ritual team.
