    Beulah Mae Lape, 66, of Listie died Feb. 25, 2000 at VanZandt
  Veterans Hospital, Altoona.  Born Oct. 1, 1933 in Somerset, the
  daughter of Earl R. and Harriet Leota (Snyder) Swindell.  Preceded in
  death by parents, husband, Earl Arthur Lape who died July 27, 1988;
  daughter, Diana Lape and son, John Lape.  Survived by children:
  Gerald Ellis of Texas, Mrs. Wendell E. (Teresa) Shroyer of Mill Run,
  Ms. Barbara A. Lape of Somerset; Charles E. Lape married to the
  former Heather English of Fredricksburg [sic], Va.; Ms. Eileen K.
  Lape, Ms. Linda S. Lape, and Kevin E. Lape, all of Listie; seven
  grandchildren: Shane, Benjamin, Mathew, Derrick, Chelsea, Carley and
  MacKenzie Lape.  Sister of: Charles H. Swindell of North Olmsted,
  Ohio; Mrs. Ada Shaffer of Cleveland, Ohio; Miss Margaret Swindell of
  Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs. Thomas (Doris) Jackson of Cleveland, Ohio, and
  Mrs. William (Shirley) Meyers of Cleveland, Ohio.  Member of Listie
  Grace Brethren Church.  A 1951 graduate of Somerset High School, US
  Army Veteran Korean Conflict.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where services
  will be conducted 10 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. Ronzil L. Jarvis
  officiating.  Interment, St. Johns Cemetery.
