  Douglas Alan Lape, 18, Jennerstown, died Oct. 4, 1983, as a result of
  an automobile accident.  He was born Nov. 27, 1964, in Medina, Ohio, a
  son of Reginald J.J. Lape, Rittman, Ohio, and Mildred C. (Burk) Lape
  French, Jennerstown.  He is also survived by stepfather, Robert
  French; wife, the former Cheri Lynn Criswell; and these sisters and
  brother: Regina Lape, Londa Lynn French, and William Robert French,
  all of Jennerstown; also by maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
  William Burk, Somerset RD 5; and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Naomi
  Lape, Somerset.  Friends will be received after 3 p.m. Wednesday at
  the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be conducted
  Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Samuel Charlton officiating. 
  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
