  Edith V. Lape, 71, of 182 School Ave., Jerome died Jan. 23, in
  Memorial Hospital, Johnstown.  She was born Feb. 19, 1900, a daughter
  of the late Daniel and Rebecca Stull Miller.  She was preceded in
  death by her husband William D.; a daughter, June; and a son,
  James.  She is survived by these children: Robert of Glen Burnie,
  Md.; William H. of Jacksonville, Fla.; Walter of Detroit, Mich.;
  Ruth, wife of Donald J. Franke of Boswell; and Albert at home.  She
  was the sister of James Miller and John Miller, both of Johnstown;
  and Mrs. Minnie Keim of San Diego, Calif.  She was a member of
  American Legion Auxiliary, Jerome; the Jerome Firemen's Auxiliary;
  Silver Rae Rebekah Lodge 454, Boswell; and Maple Springs Church of
  the Brethren.
