    Ruth F. (Kreger) Lape, 82, of Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin,
  formerly of Somerset, passed away Jan. 21, 1999, at the center.  Born
  April 22, 1916, in Pittsburgh, daughter of Harry Clark and Mary Etta
  (Romesburg) Kreger.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Ray D.
  Lape in 1977; sister, Olive Kreger and infant sister; also stepmother
  Etta (Clevinger) Kreger.  Survived by sister, Mrs. William (Mary)
  Brant, Somerset; and niece, Patricia (Brant) Kelly, of Columbia,
  Md.  Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset.  Retired employee
  of DeVilbiss Company, Somerset.  Friends will be received from 2-4
  and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where
  funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday.  Pastor Robert
  Hoover officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
