Lapp, 63, of Craddock Road, RD 5, Cresaptown, Md., died Aug. 2, 1980 at her residence. She was born in Frostburg, Md., and was a daughter of Mrs. Edna (Smith) McKenzie, Frostburg, and the late Leonard McKenzie. Her husband, William H. Lapp, died in 1964. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and was a former employee of the Amcelle Plant of Celanese Fibers Company. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Spencer, RD 1, Ridgeley, and Mrs. Eileen McDonald, with whom she resided; six sisters, Mrs. Mary McKenzie, Cresaptown, Md.; Mrs. Edna McCory, Greenbelt, Md.; Mrs. Anna Mae Brode, Eckhart, Md.; Mrs. Alice Albright, Finzel; Mrs. Mildred Garlock, St. Clairs [sic] Shores, Mich., and Mrs. Helen Baker, Mexico Farms; three brothers, Francis McKenzie, of Finzel; Eugene McKenzie, Millersville, and Irvin McKenzie, Lonaconing and four grandchildren. Friends were received at the George Funeral Home. Services were conducted in the funeral home with the Rev. Harold R. McClay Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
