  Samuel G. Lapp. 61, of Jerome, died Aug. 20, 1975 at home.  Born Mar.
  13, 1914 in Boswell, a son of Michael and Rose Eppolito Lapp. 
  Preceded in death by parents, a sister and a brother.  Survived by
  widow the former Mary Pipta and two children: Michael L., married to
  the former Lorraine King, Hollsopple RD 1, and Andrea R., wife of
  Dale Schmidt, Somerset RD 4; two grandchildren, Renee and Darren
  Schmidt; brother of Mrs. Margaret Calafiore, Patterson, N.J., Mrs.
  Frances Calosimo of Maitland, Fla., Mrs. Mary Munos, Hopatcong, N.J.,
  Joseph and Mrs. Carmella Cappuccio, both of Patterson, N.J.  Member of
  SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Jerome and Johnstown local barbers
  union.  Apprentice barber since age of 12, master barber since age of
  17, well known barber in Johnstown and Jerome area for many years. 
  Also member of Catholic Knights of St. George, Jerome Volunteer Fire
  Dept. and Somerset County   Archaeology Society.  Friends were received
  Thursday evening and will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Friday at Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell. 
  Funeral mass at 9 a.m. Saturday at SS Peter and Paul Church,
  Jerome.  Interment church cemetery.
