Finley-Laros, 74, of Reeders, died Thursday in Laurel Manor, Stroudsburg. She was the wife of James A. Laros, at home. She had lived in Mt. Lebanon from 1960 to 1991 when she moved to Reeders. She had also maintained a summer home in Fort Hill since 1963. She had worked as a municipal consultant for the Pa. Department of Community Affairs in Pittsburgh, retiring in 1983. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her stepmother, Mrs. L.W. Cline of Port Charlotte, Fla.; a son, Robert C. Finley of Acton, Ma.; two daughters, Rebecca F. Cairns of Springfield and Ann F. Martin of Berwyn; a stepson, Robert A. Laros of Pittsford, N.Y.; a stepdaughter, Judith L. Hull of Dryden, N.Y.; a brother L.W. Cline Jr. of New York City, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert A. Finley. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in the Wildwood Cemetery, Williamsport. Memorial contributions may be made to Laurel Manor Nursing Home, 11170 West Main Street, Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360. The William H.
