    WILLIAM LARUE, SR.
  
    William R. LaRue, 66, retired Air force officer, died of cancer may
  15, 1988 at his home in Bellevue, NE.  He was born in Meyersdale,
  graduated from Meyersdale High, Ashland College, Ashland, OH and Penn
  State, College Park, where he earned a degree in meteorology.
    Bill and his family traveled extensively during his Air Force
  Career.  After retiring bill worked at Offutt Air Base, Bellevue, NE
  in the meteorology department.
    His retirement ceremony was set for May 16, 1988.  A flag was flown
  over the base for a week.
    Survivors include his wife, Genevieve, three children, Bill Jr. of
  Omaha, Janice Torrey, Phoenix and Suzanne Lovell, Jersey City, NJ,
  his mother Evelyn LaRue, Papillion, NE and sister Mary Kintner, Show
  Low, AZ.
    He was buried with full military honors in Bellevue cemetery May
  19, 1988.
