Born May 30, 1914, in Wells Creek, Somerset Township. Daughter of the late Morgan and Jane (Young) Kimmel. Preceded in death by two brothers, James and Telford Kimmel; three sisters, Evelyn Bittner, Della Stockley and Florence Parker, and a grandson, Fred Smith. Survived by husband, James Robert Latshaw, whom she married on Dec. 31, 1931, and these children: Mrs. William (Dolores) Fretts, Grove City; William R. Latshaw, married to the former Deloris Stern, Somerset RD 1; Mrs. Charles (Dorothy) Fraass, Somerset; Richard A. Latshaw, married to the former Lola Fike, Winchester, Va.; Miss Janice Latshaw, Berlin, and Mrs. David D. (Judy) Kimmel of Somerset RD 3. Also 20 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Sister of Leroy Kimmel of Portland, Ore. A 1931 graduate of Friedens High School. Retired food service worker with Somerset State Hospital, retiring in 1976 with 20 years service. Member of Somerset County Baptist Church. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Rev. David A.
