  LATSHAW
  
  Charles Theodore "Dutch" Latshaw, 92, of South Edgewood Avenue,
  Somerset, died Dec. 11, 1998 at Siemon Lakeview Manor Estates,
  Somerset.  Born Jan. 10, 1906 in Somerset, son of Jacob and Elizabeth
  (Thomas) Durst Latshaw.  Preceded in death by parents; wife, the
  former Hazel Irene Brown who died on June 21, 1976; brothers, Jacob,
  William, Ward and James Latshaw, half brother Milton Durst and half
  sister Cora Bowman.  Survived by these children: Warren Latshaw of
  Louisiana and Edward Latshaw of Salem, Ohio.  Member of First
  Christian Church.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Sunday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where services will
  be conducted at 1:30 p.m., Monday, with the Rev. Daniel F. Nicksich
  officiating.  Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.  Contributions
  to the Humane Society of Somerset County, P.O. Box 182, Somerset, PA.
