  LATSHAW
  
  Frances R. "Pete" Latshaw, 62, of Somerset RD 3, died Nov. 2, 1995,
  at her residence.  Born April 13, 1933, in Greene County, daughter of
  the late Thomas Jefferson and Wilma Elizabeth (Swan) Gilmer.  Also
  preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Wayne Latshaw, May 12,
  1992, and by two sisters: Joann Gilmer and Luretta King.  Survived by
  these children: Bernard W. "Skip" Latshaw Jr., Ravenna, Ohio; Mrs.
  Edward T. (Cathy) Gallo, Somerset RD 6; Ross G. "Chip" Moon, Somerset
  RD 3; and Shawn W. Latshaw, Somerset RD 3; also six grandchildren. 
  She was the sister of Thomas J. Gilmer Jr., Texas, and James Gilmer,
  Waynesburg RD 1.  She owned and operated Latshaw's Beauty Shop for 22
  years and was a hotel service dispatcher for Seven Springs Mountain
  Resort.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday
  at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where service will be
  conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Rev. Sherman H. Berkey officiating.
