  Rachel I. Lauer, 68, Somerset, died Feb. 21, 2005, at Somerset Hospital. Born
  May 21, 1936, in Somerset, a daughter of Richard and Viola (Baughman) Miller.
  Preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; brother, Jay Miller; and a
  stepson, Robert. Survived by a daughter, Lisa, married to Jason Dunmyer, Fort
  Myers, Fla.; stepchildren, Joyce Spangler, Somerset; John Lauer Jr.,
  Shanksville; Shirley Jean, married to William Ohler, Grand Junction, Colo.;
  Bonnie, married to Timothy Younkin, Stoystown; Linda, married to Edward Miller,
  Shanksville; and special friend, Nancy Heist, Stoystown. She is retired from
  Sheetz, W. Main St., Somerset. Family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until
  service at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. The Rev. Marlin
  Miller officiating.
