   Ellen Agnes "Toots" Laughlin, 84, Somerset, died Oct. 21, 2007, at Siemon's Lakeview
  Manor Estate. Born Aug. 21, 1923, in Arden, the daughter of William and Anna (Hampe)
  Breckons. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Carl L. Laughlin, who died Dec. 12,
  1976; son, Daniel Lemoyne Laughlin, who died Jan. 4, 2000; sisters, Evelyn Chropek, Peg
  Przystup and Lena Kapp; brother, Roy Breckons. Survived by daughter-in-law, Kay (Hetzer)
  Laughlin, Somerset; grandchildren, Mrs. Richard (Jennifer Kay) Georg, Somerset; and
  Jeffrey Carl Laughlin, and wife Amy of Pittsburgh; brother, Joseph Breckons and wife,
  Lois, Washington. Attended Chartiers High School. Also a member of First United
  Presbyterian Church, Houston, Pa. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday
  at the Hauger- Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be conducted at 10
  a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Brenda Shaffer officiating. Interment Beulah Cemetery.
