  Fred M. Laus, 74, of Shelby, N.C., formerly of New Centerville, died
  Nov. 18, 1980.  Son of the late Edward K. and Carrie (Critchfield)
  Laus.  Survived by wife, Carlotta (Pullen) Laus; one brother, P.A.
  Laus Sr. of New Centerville; one daughter, Gretchen (Laus) Kutak of
  Arizona; and five grandchildren.  Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
