  LAWRENCE
  
  William J. Lawrence, 70, of Somerset RD 6, formerly of Pittsburgh,
  died June 4, 1972, in Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born in
  Pittsburgh Nov. 10, 1901, the son of Henry and Mary Jordan
  Lawrence.  He is survived by these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Matilda
  Degenhardt, Harry N. and Paul A., all of Pittsburgh, Miss Mary Ellen
  Lawrence of Somerset RD 6 and Mrs. Henry Fierst of Irwin.  He was
  veteran of World War II.  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. today
  in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.
