JOHN RICHARD LAWSON

  John Richard Lawson, 17, of Accident RD 1, Md., died Monday, July
27, 1987, at Cumberland Memorial Hospital as the result of an
automobile accident.
  Born August 5, 1969, at Meyersdale, he was the son of Shirley
Lawson, Accident, Md.
  He was employed with Wade Friend Trucking.  He was a member of the
Keeler Glade Church of God.
  Also surviving are one half brother, Charles Frye, Accident, Md.;
two half sisters: Tammy Frye and Shelley Frye, both of Accident, Md.;
and his maternal grandmother, Agnes Shellito, Friendsville, Md.
  Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Friendsville, Md. 
  Services were conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Blooming Rose United
Methodist Church by the Rev. Mark Lawson.  Interment, Sand Spring
Cemetery, Friendsville, Md.
