    Eva E. Layton, 91, of Jennerstown, died Nov. 13, 1981, at Windber
  Hospital.
    Born March 22, 1890, in Salisbury, daughter of Charles and Bertha
  Ann (Tipton) Reckner.
    Preceded in death by parents, husband, Albert, who died May 16,
  1950; sisters: Ella Manners and Florence Carrico; brothers: William,
  George and James.
    Sister of Harry and Theodore, both of Jerome; Albert, Columbus,
  Ohio; Leroy, Gray; Frank, Salisbury; Ethel, wife of Arthur Williams,
  Stoystown RD 1.
    Friends were received at Hoffman Funeral Home, Boswell, where
  services were held with the Rev. Herald V. Seese and the Rev. John A.
  Goodworth officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
