He was born Dec. 3, 1900 in Czechoslovakia the son of John and Helen (Yanik) Leasock. He was preceded in death by his parents. Leasock is survived by his widow, the former Ann Carlson, three daughters, Leona, wife of Wayne Ickes, Boswell, Betty Ann, Redwood City, California, Lois, wife of Bennett Feldman, St. Petersburg, Fla., and four grandsons. He was the brother of Mrs. Anna Keleman, New Brunswick, N.J., Stephen, Stoystown RD 3, Mrs. Mary Hickock, Joseph, and half-brother, Pete Danish, all of Cleveland, Ohio. Leasock was a retired miner and steel worker, a member of the Johnstown Senior Citizen's Club, and a resident of Johnstown for the past 20 years. Friends are being received after 7 p.m. Thursday at Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Chauncey J. Ickes officiating.
