"Boots" Leazier, Sr., 63, of Jeannette, Pa., died Sept. 1, 1989 at VA Medical Center, Pittsburgh. Born July 30, 1926 in Somerset County, son of James and Mary (Wilson) Leazier. Preceded in death by parents, wife, the former Eddythe Carey, brother Fred and sisters Louise and Ruth. Survived by these children: Mrs. John (Linda) Rosenbauer, Mt. Pleasant; James Jr., married to the former Sharon Heilmann, Zelienople; also survived by grandchildren James III and Jeremy Leazier and Carey and Katherine Rosenbauer. Brother of Dorothy Yoder and Robert, both of Friedens RD 2; Rose Baker, Somerset; Thelma Ferrell, William and David, all of Lorain, Ohio; and Jack, Toledo, Ohio. Navy veteran of World War II and member of North Huntingdon American, Legion, Straw Pump Volunteer Fire Co., Irwin and Carpenter's Union, Pittsburgh. Mr. Leazier's remains were buried Monday, Sept. 4, at Weller Cemetery, Husband. Daily American, September 7, 1989 [L464]
