  LEBDA
  
  Michael R. Lebda, 85, of Whistler Rd., Hooversville, died Aug. 3,
  2001 at Windber Medical Center.  Born Aug. 8, 1915 in Acosta, son of
  Anthony and Victoria (Sciatka) Lebda.  Preceded in death by parents,
  wife the former Margaret DiFrancesco, and brothers, Joseph and
  Stanley.  Survived by these daughters: Sharon married to John
  Grandas, Pretoria; Stephanie married to John Johnson, Glenolden;
  Angela married to Jan Rodger, Hooversville; and Dr. Mikele married to
  Dr. Denis Boyle, Haverford.  Grandchildren: Jeffrey Grandas, Leigh
  Anne Johnson, Janson Rodger, Kaitlyn, Alison, Amanda, Denis Andrew,
  Elizabeth, and William Michael Robert Boyle.  Great-grandchildren:
  Maria and James Grandas.  Brother of  Nellie "Nancy" Lorence,
  Johnstown; Anne Temyer and Anthony Jr., both of Pretoria; Antoinette
  Dietrich, Pasadena, Md.; John, Baden; and Telford, Pittsburgh.  World
  War II Army veteran.  Retired after 38 years with the United
  Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local 1419,
  Johnstown.  Member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Hooversville, and
  Thirteen Star V.F.W., Hooversville.  He also enjoyed gardening. 
  Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, 2 to 4 and 7
  to 9 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, 976 Barn St., Hooversville
  where vigil for the deceased will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday. 
  Funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Holy Family Catholic
  Church.  Rev. Romulus Rosolowski O.F.M. Conv. officiating.  Interment
  church cemetery.
