Leckemby, 90, of Meyersdale, died May 2, 1993, at Somerset Hospital. Born Nov. 6, 1902, in Meyersdale, a son of the late James E. and Martha (Witt) Leckemby. Survived by these nieces and nephews: Evelyn Marie Struckman, Logan, Ohio; Evelyn Moe, Jackson, Mich.; William R. Leckemby, Gulfport, Miss., and Ray Leckemby of Meyersdale. He was a member of Amity United Church of Christ. He was a retired professional structural engineer for the American Bridge Company of Ambridge. A founding and charter member of the Pymatuning Yacht Club. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Leckemby Funeral Home, where service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, with Pastor Carl Mitchell officiating.
