Born Feb. 22, 1931, in Garrett, the son of Edward and Edna Carrie (Shumaker) Lee. Preceded in death by parents; two sisters, Velma Lee and Violet M. Sarver; and nephew, Vernon Dean Sarver. Survived by nieces and nephews, Mrs. Thomas (Leota) McMillen, Velva Derberry and friend, Roger Nunamaker Sr., and Dalvin Eugene Sarver and wife, Evelyn, all of Somerset. Also numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, worked as a shearman for Pittsburgh Forging Co. in Coraopolis until his retirement with 42 years of service, also a member of American Legion Post 181. Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Hauger- Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Kenneth M. Diable officiating.
