She was born in Mount Savage, Md., Oct. 5, 1907, daughter of the late Walter S. Rizer and Frances L. (Shaffer) Rizer. She was formerly employed as a sales clerk at the old Rosenbaum Brothers department store in Cumberland. She was a member of Zion Lutheran and Reformed Church, and was a charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Wellersburg Volunteer Fire Company. She was a past member of the Rosenbaum's Arbee Club. Her husband, Roy C. Lee Sr., died Jan. 20, 1973. She is survived by one son, Roy C. Lee Jr., Wellersburg; two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Porter, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. LaVerne Sparr, Wellersburg; three sisters, Mrs. Ella Whitman, North Braddock; Mrs. Edna Cook, Texas City, Tex.; Mrs. Florence Markwood, Cumberland; 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. A funeral service was conducted at Zion Lutheran and Reformed Church, Friday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Harold W. Crabtree. Interment, Wellersburg Cemetery. Friends were received at the Harvey H.
