Death was due to a heart attack, according to A. M. Uphouse, coroner. He was born March 3, 1867, a son of the late Levi and Harriet (Romesburg) Lee. His wife, Mrs. Margaret Albright Lee, preceded him in death 12 years ago. He is survived by two sons, Homer Lee of Willoughby, Ohio, and Ellis Lee of Garrett. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, a brother, Levi Lee and a sister, Mrs. George Kimmel, both of Somerset. He had been an employee of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, was a member of the B. & B. Brotherhood and of the Odd Fellows Lodge of Salisbury. Funeral services were conducted at one o'clock Saturday in the Garrett E.U.B. Church by the Rev. W. W. Hall. Burial was made in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Johnson and Son of Berlin.
