Lee, 40, son of the late Harry F. and Dorothy L. Lee of Meyersdale, died April 1, 1993, at his home in Silver Spring, Md. Mr. Lee is survived by his sisters Marie Hynde of Harrisburg and Trudy Kay Rogers of Warren, OH; his brothers Daniel Lee of E. Lansing, MI, and Ronald Lee of Meyersdale. Mr. Lee was born and raised in Meyersdale. He was a 1973 graduate of Potomac State College, W.Va., and a 1975 graduate of Frostburg State College, MD. Following his 1976 graduation from the Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C., he returned to Meyersdale to become the assistant minister of the First United Methodist Church. In 1981 he was graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and moved to Washington, D.C. As a licensed Funeral Director in both Maryland and Virginia, Mr. Lee worked at a number of funeral homes in the Washington metropolitan area. He was an active member of the Virginia and D.C. Funeral Directors Association and a member of the Masonic Montgomery Lodge #195 of Rockville, MD. A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 27, at the First United Methodist Church of Meyersdale.
