"Bud" Lehman, 61, Central City, died Jan. 31, 1988 at Windber Hospital. Born June 17, 1926 in Somerset, son of Ross and Annie (Hoffman) Lehman. Preceded in death by parents and brother, Manford. Survived by wife, the former Betty Rankin, and these children: Patty, wife of Emory Kidwiler, Harpers Ferry, W.Va.; Linda, wife of James Lusczek, Manassas, Va.; Robert, Central City RD; James, married to the former Joanne Zvonik, Central City; Thomas, Johnstown, and Pamela, wife of Kenneth Yanosky, Manassas, Va., also five grandsons and four granddaughters. Brother of Harold, Betty Fritz and William, all of Berlin RD 1; and Dorothy Frazier, Stoystown RD 3. Retired truck driver. Veteran of World War II. Member of Central City Post 449, American Legion, and Post 7457, VFW; Polish National Alliance and St. Paul Lutheran Church, Buckstown. Friends received from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Mulcahy Funeral home, Central City, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Marlin O. Sjoberg. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Family suggests contributions be made to American Heart Association or St. Paul Lutheran Church, Buckstown. Military rites by local American Legion and VFW.
