  GEORGE M. LEIF
  
    George Miller Leif, 61, of 440 Jefferson Avenue, Washington,
  formerly of Meyersdale, died November 26, 1981 in Washington Hospital
  of an apparent heart attack.
    Born August 8, 1920 in Meyersdale, a son of John and Leta Miller
  Leif.  He is survived by his wife, Mary Denny Leif; two sons, Glen
  William Leif, Bethel Park and George Frederick Leif, Bel Air, Md.;
  and one granddaughter, Stefanie Marie Leif.
    He was employed by the B&O Railroad for 40 years before his
  retirement in 1980.  He was a member of the Jefferson Avenue United
  Methodist Church, Lodge No. 554 F & AM, Meyersdale; Washington Royal
  Arch Chapter No. 150, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of
  Pittsburgh and Syria Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. of Pittsburgh.
    Funeral services were held November 28 at the Warco Funeral Home,
  Inc., Washington, with the Rev. Randy Edwards officiating.  Interment
  Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
